Delivery and Return Information
- Payment is due with order by credit card. All major credit cards are accepted.
- You must supply your billing address and card verification number in order for us to process your order.
- We will not commence work on an order before receipt of payment.
- Orders will normally be completed within 3-4 weeks and dispatched by insured post unless otherwise requested.
- During busy periods, orders may take up to 6 weeks to dispatch.
- Postage and packaging costs will be added to all orders at the appropriate rate.
Please ask about our Express Delivery Service - if you need it urgently, we can usually help!
Important notice: for international orders the express delivery service time is valid once we have made your credit card, billing and delivery address checks, this can take up to 72 hours, so please bear this in mind when placing an express order. Once all checks are complete your order will then be processed.
If you do not wish to order using our secure website, then you can phone or post your order. When ordering by post, please remember to list the product code, size, colour, quantity, delivery address and credit card details, remembering to include a telephone number or email address in the event that we need to contact you.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are added to your order at time of processing. You may check the amount of delivery charges by going to your shopping basket.
Discreet Packaging
Our packaging is discreet to ensure your privacy. Only a return address will be shown on the exterior of the package. Each package is carefully wrapped to ensure that the items you have ordered get to you in the best condition possible.
Shipping and Tracking
Our delivery charges are based on insured delivery services and reflect the size, weight, value and destination of the consignment. Please note that when consignments are delivered they will have to be signed for. If you need delivery at a specific time, please let us know. If you wish to use a courier service, we will send your order by courier at additional cost to you. We cannot take responsibility for failure of delivery or damage to goods in transit due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please note that we do not arrange delivery on customers' behalf using customers' own courier service accounts. If you wish to use your own courier, you must arrange collection and delivery directly with them yourself.
Return Policy
If the product you receive is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge. We cannot offer cash refunds on garments in any other circumstances, but may, at our discretion, offer an exchange or credit note.
All products are checked before shipping and Edenwear guarantee the quality of our products. If a product fails to meet your expectations, simply contact us within 7 days of receipt to receive a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). No returns will be accepted without an RAN. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or poor care of garments.
All packages must be insured for the value of the contents when they are sent back to us. Edenwear will not be held liable for any packages lost during the return process unless a proof of delivery signature can be provided.
If you wish to exchange garments, or if there are any faults with your order, you must notify us in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt of your order for a return authorisation number.
Refunds are arranged on an individual basis. Please contact us by email, post or telephone for more information. When an item is returned for refund or credit note, the amount crediterd to your account is for the purchase price of the order less the shipping costs. We are unable to to credit Post and Packaging costs with returns. Custom made garments cannot be returned to us for credit. Please also note that we will not exchange any product that, in our sole opinion, shows any sign whatsoever of having been worn.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the transaction has been processed.
Goods of an intimate nature are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once they have been opened. This includes underwear and bondage items and is in accordance with health and hygene regulations.
Edenwear Super Shiner is non-returnable.
