Please read through our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order
Our Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice or warning.
Purchasing from our website
You must be 18 or over to purchase anything from our website.
The contract between us will be confirmed once we have confirmed, via email, acceptance of your order. Prior to this we are under no obligation to supply you with goods you may have ordered.
It is your responsibility to supply us with a valid email address and you assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.
Data Protection
Please note that by sending us your order, you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you. This may involve passing them on to relevant third parties, such as courier companies. In line with our Privacy Policy we will not use your personal details for any other reason without your permission.
Price
Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted on this website are inclusive of VAT.
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). If we can determine your country of origin when you are visiting our website, we will display an estimation of our goods in your local currency. NOTE: Any non-ZAR quoted price is approximate and should be used as a guideline only.
An additional delivery charge will apply to all orders.
Payment and Delivery
Payment can be made by credit card via our website or by telephone.
We will deliver to the address given to us by you at the time you place your order. Please allow 4 to six weeks for delivery.
Business Customer
This condition will only apply to business customers
In spite of an order having been made, title in the goods shall not pass to you until such time as you have paid all sums due to us, in full. Not with standing that the goods remain our property, you may sell them. However, you must hold the sale proceeds on trust for us until we have been paid in full all outstanding sums owed to us by you.
Availability of goods you order
If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute goods of equivalent value or a full refund of any sums that you have paid.
Cancellation and Returns
We welcome exchange and refunds, please refer to our refund policy.
Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver the goods to you within the agreed timescales.
We will not be under any liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver if the same is wholly or partly caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We strongly suggest that, upon receipt, you inspect the goods and advise us if the delivered goods are not what you ordered.
We will not be liable under our agreement with you for any loss or damage caused by us, our employess or agents in circumstances where i) there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents; ii) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; iii)an increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions.
We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us, such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity.
